Stock Replenishment Co-Ordinator

BPerfect are recruiting an experienced Stock Replenishment Co-ordinator to join our rapidly growing business based in our head Office in Lisburn. The role of Stock Replenishment Co-ordinator is essential to the successful running of our business. This individual will oversee and ensure the safe receipt, storage, replenishment and dispatch of makeup and tanning products whilst checking for damaged or missing items. This individual must be able to lead a team, demonstrate elevated levels of energy, drive, and resilience, with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, pressurised environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all products that are loaded and unloaded match the relevant paperwork.
  • Sorting and rotating stock according to company established procedures.
  • Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to and overseeing operational procedures and schedules.
  • Treating products with adequate care and concern at all times.
  • Being able to direct a team of warehouse staff.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that pick bins are fully replenished each day.
  • Assist and direct team tasks such as checking stock and equipment when required.
  • Overseeing the planning of receiving and dispatching orders.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Physical strength and ability to lift heavy packages.
  • Excellent team-working and leader skills to effectively collaborate with other department members.
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant software programs and scanners.
  • Excellent organisational and record keeping skills to coordinate large volumes of products.
  • The ability to work effectively and efficiently.
  • High literacy and numeracy skills, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate and interact with suppliers and customers.
  • Forklift license desirable but not essential.

Schedule:

  • Evening shift 1400-2200 Monday to Friday, and additional hours when required due to business need.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lisburn: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Team leader/supervisor 3 years (required)
  • Experience with Store Feeder stock management system would be advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
